When you invest in our software, we provide you with one-year’s
support free of charge. This means that you can call or email us
any number of times with questions or requests for information,
and more than likely, you’ll get an immediate response.
This is a measure of the confidence we have in
our products and our technical support people who are highly skilled
and experienced in the application of simulation and scheduling
across a wide range of industries and organisations.
What’s more, you’ll receive all software
enhancements and updates free for the first year to make sure you
are able to take advantage of all the latest features.
You automatically become a registered member of
our Users’ Group which means you can benefit from preferential
rates on training, on-site support as well as attendance at the
Users’ Conference. It also means that you have the opportunity
to influence future product development. We believe customers drive

Training
Our software products are both easy to use and quick to learn. In
just 2-days trainees learn the importance of how to plan a simulation
project as well as the software functionality and modelling tips
and techniques so valuable to successful simulation projects.
In addition to general courses, training courses
can be tailored to specific projects or applications so that delegates
become productive sooner.
Trainees will often leave a tailored class with
a model that already delivers some results. It’s a powerful
way to get results quickly.
Whichever way you choose, the course style is very
much "hands - on" with training material and worked examples
being provided for each trainee in the form of a training workbook.
The workbook can be taken away and provides each trainee with a
personal reference of the training material.
When new software enhancements are issued, we also
provide training courses in the new features and functionality to
ensure you make the most of the new software. |
